Question Can the abominations of zina adultery and abortion ever be forgiven by Allah Subhanah? Dear and beloved Sister in Islam, as grave and as heinous the crime and abomination of zina adultery and abortion may be in the Sight of Allah Subhanah. Whatever deeds one might have done, if one turns to Allah Subhanah in sincere Taubah and seeks forgiveness, Allah Subhanah has promised in the Holy Quran that He will forgive all the sins of such a believer, even if one has committed the gravest sin of all: Shirk!
Not only that, our Lord is so Merciful and Generous, that He not only will forgive the sins of the believer, He will change his evil deeds done into good deeds! The conditions or ways to seek sincere Taubah or Repentance from the Merciful Lord are:. O Prophet say: O My servants who have wronged their own souls.
Do not despair of Allahs Mercy! Surely, Allah forgives all sins. He indeed is the All Forgiving, All Merciful. Return to your Lord and submit to Him before the scourge overtakes you; for then you may get no help from anywhere. Allah likes such good people very much, who, if ever they commit a base deed or wrong their own soul by the commission of a sin, remember Allah instantly, and ask for forgiveness from Him for their shortcomings.
For who, but Allah, can forgive sins? And Allah loves those who do not knowingly persist in the wrongs they did. These will be rewarded with forgiveness from Allah, and with Gardens beneath which canals flow, and they will reside therein forever! How excellent is the reward of those who do good deeds! The true servants of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth.
When the ignorant people behave insolently towards them, they say, Peace to you; And those who pass their nights in prostrating themselves and standing before their Lord and pray, O our Lord, save us from the torment of Hell, for its torment is killing! It is an evil abode, and an evil resting place. And those who, when they spend are neither extravagant, nor miserly, but keep the golden mean between the two extremes.
For then, Allah will change his evil deeds into good deeds, and He is very Forgiving and Merciful. In fact, one who repents and does righteous deeds, returns to Allah as one rightly should!
When those come to you who believe in Our Signs, say: "Peace be on you! If you were too young to know what was happening, or were powerless to do anything about it, then the guilt of the sin lies with the one who knows right from wrong, yet chooses to commit sin nonetheless. Secondly, if you are blameworthy in any of this, and only you and Allah know the facts, then it is necessary that you feel regret for what has occurred. Regret is a sign that you understand now that a past deed was wrong and you now feel bad about having been involved in it.
Thirdly, it is important to seek forgiveness from those we have wronged so that we can rectify what has happened to them because of our actions. And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept from them testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient - First, let us start about the punishment of adultery because it seems that you have a "not totally right idea" about it.
First thing, stoning until death is only for those who commit adultery while they're married. Getting whipped times is for those who commit adultery when they're unmarried. Now, the most important part about it. It is not just "cannot be implemented", the person should not be accused of adultery without four witnesses, and if someone accuses a person for adultery without four witnesses, the one who accused should be whipped eighty times refer also to surat al nur verse 4 at the top.
It is not just to witness an unmarried couple sleeping together. The witness must have seen them during sexual intercourse for the witness to be counted. From the previous part, we can conclude that for someone to be eligible for the punsihment must have done it in public how on earth would there be 4 witnesses unless in public. That's why this punishment wasn't implemented at the times of the Prophet much due to it's extreme and strict requirements it was done between 2 or 3 times as far as i can remember.
Now for the matter of forgiveness. Last but not least, by Allah's perfect mercy, any punishment islamic for any crime adultery, stealing etc.
That's one of the main reasons for punishments anyways. It is important to know that giving the rulings such as chopping off hands etc can only be given when the rule of law is applied equally to everyone. Be it rich or poor, the same law applies.
